For those parents who don't know (which I have to admit included me), a shaker maker is a kind of mould that you pour some mixture into, then shake it up and down to make it set. You can then paint the figures, in this case a Dalek, it is also available I think in Scooby Doo, etc.
Review: Lucy (6) - Yeah, a shaker maker! Can I have one Dad, can I? Please, oh pleeeeaasse! etc. We haven't actually got one yet, but as you can probably tell, shaker makers are very desirable to 6 year olds. Its on the Christmas present list.
